Guy Meadows

Dr Guy Meadows is a sleep specialist and founder of The Sleep School. He gained his doctorate from Imperial College, London, where he worked at the sleep research laboratories of Charing Cross and the Royal Brompton Hospital. He is a leading figure in the area of chronic insomnia, pioneering the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness treatment. He regularly trains GP’s and Therapists in the UK and abroad and has helped thousands of chronic insomnia sufferers to achieve good quality sleep. In addition to his 1-2-1 clinic, live workshops, and book (The Sleep Book, Orion 2014), he recently launched The Sleep School’s online insomnia course designed to help insomnia sufferers around the world.He also works with large organisations to improve the sleep of their employees via The Sleep School Professional programme. He regularly contributes to Television and radio and most recently worked with BBC Panorama on a documentary highlighting the plight of Britain’s sleepless school children.
