Dr. Rupy Aujla

Dr. Rupy Aujla is an NHS medical doctor whose life was changed when he suffered a significant heart condition. Since learning more about nutritional medicine and doing a deep dive into the literature he was able to reverse his condition using a food and lifestyle approach. In 2015 he started the Doctor’s Kitchen as a way of teaching everybody how they can cook their way to health and to showcase the beauty of food and medicinal effects of eating and living well. Nicola Elliott

Nicola Elliott is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of luxury wellbeing brand NEOM Organics. After spending seven hectic years working 60 hour weeks as an editor for Glamour magazine, Nicola noticed her wellbeing was being affected by the demands of modern life. This realisation kick started Elliott’s wellbeing journey and she launched NEOM in 2005. Since its launch, helping people get better sleep has been part of their mission, recently releasing their Perfect Night’s Sleep Plan.
